For artlook® Users & Stakeholders

For Arts Partners

Arts partners are organizations or individual teaching artists that provide arts education opportunities to children in Maryland public schools. The artlook® Maryland platform features public, searchable profiles for registered arts partners. Each profile gives arts partners the opportunity to provide their mission, contact info, and program descriptions. Arts partners can update their information on an ongoing basis.

For School Partners & Arts Liaisons

artlook® Maryland features searchable profiles for every public school in the pilot communities of Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Montgomery County, and Queen Anne’s County. Each school profile is populated by administrative data, such as the type of arts courses offered and number of arts instructors on staff. Depending on the district, schools also have the opportunity to select “arts liaisons”. Arts liaisons are teachers or school representatives who provide additional information about the state of arts education at their particular school. These individuals provide a first-hand account of arts education experiences and needs at their school and serve as a point of contact for the artlook® Maryland community.
