A-REALL is a professional learning community for arts educators, teaching artists, and arts integration classroom teachers committed to anti-racism in learning spaces. Co-created by AEMS and MSDE Fine Arts, AEMS served as sole administrator of the 2023 cohort. Learn More.

AEMS is the fiscal sponsor of the Maryland Public High School Dance Showcase.
The Showcase highlights dance education public schools with a collective fine arts dance concert, master classes by collegiate and professional dance personnel, All-State dancers adjudications and award ceremony to select All-State Dancers, and a networking space for dance educators and students around Maryland.
All public high schools that offer dance classes within their daily academic schedule are eligible to participate. Dancers are nominated by their schools, then audition for All-State selection.​

Satellite Sessions
AEMS presents a series of "Symposium Satellite Sessions" presented by anti-racism content experts in the arts disciplines of dance, music, theatre, and visual arts at annual arts educator professional association conferences.
